Marcomm Inc. is hiring for a Media Intelligence Analyst!
As a Media Intelligence Analyst, you’ll contribute to an analytics program that enables teams to make data-informed recommendations. You will help advance and protect our client’s brand & reputation by helping to administer our global media intelligence program, enabling users across the company and contributing to ongoing monitoring and analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day administration of global earned & social media intelligence tools
- Providing support to tool users, including facilitating onboarding and training for new users and enabling continued tool engagement with ongoing education and consultation
- Managing tool training, onboarding, community sites, and other user support activities
- Serve as lead for orchestrating Integrated Media team platform metrics and data visualization
- Contributing to always-on brand monitoring & reporting and activation/ad-hoc research needs
- Overseeing and assisting in the maintenance of data sources (queries, etc.), including the ongoing cleansing of data for relevance and sentiment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in business, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field where data and analytics are foundational
- Proficiency in the English language

- Experience with transforming data into compelling stories
- Ability to synthesize large data sets across multiple sources and generate actionable insights
- Ability to draw comprehensive insights and conclusions presented in a manner that is understandable to a variety of stakeholder audiences
- Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders in a global, corporate environment
- Experience building and maintaining executive dashboards & visualizations
- Strong technical expertise in digital metrics, including:
- Social intelligence tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Traackr, BuzzSumo, or other comparable tools)
- Enterprise level web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Traditional media monitoring tools (Trendkite/Cision)
- Business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Datorama etc.)
- Ability to ensure accurate details while not losing sight of the strategic big-picture
- Strong collaborator who can produce impactful work, help educate broader teams, and ensure users understand how to work analytics as a consideration into decision-making processes
- Skill in guiding partners to ask strategic and relevant questions and provide the appropriate data to answer them
- Anticipates future needs and takes projects from planning to deployment; able to work across teams to implement
- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills
- Displays professional, confident, and positive demeanor, with ability to maintain poise and deliver results under pressure
