- Experience with posting on social media platforms
- Collaborate with decision makers to strategize current headcount and new openings
- Provide regular updates to the hiring manager regarding the search
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Field questions from new hires regarding benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline
- PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with full cycle recruiting
- Highly organized and detailed driven
- Hybrid Schedule
